Human Resource Management and Administration

The Human Resource Management and Administration Unit (HRM&A) is responsible for the provision of organizational support, structure and resources needed to meet the mandate of the MGD and by extension the Ministry.

Central to its mission is fostering a culture that reflects the core values of ethics and integrity, professionalism, team work, accountability and customer focus. Its mission is carried out through the systematic and coherent management and administration of human resources, which is the MGD’s most valuable resource. In addition, the Administration arm has as its responsibility, the administration of the physical appearance of MGD’s buildings, the management of MGD’s fleet vehicles for transportation island-wide and the processing of documents for procurement and payment of bills.
